This 1- or 2-week retreat in Vietnam at Nguyen Shack offers a unique chance for personal transformation, blending self-discovery with the exploration of Vietnam’s rich culture and nature. One moment, you might be diving deep into personal themes through creative and mindful exercises; the next, you’re laughing while kayaking, hiking, caving, or swimming in fresh, cool water.

Our workshops offer a mix of solo and group experiences—some exercises are designed for personal reflection, while others focus on connection and team-building. This combination helps you strengthen both your inner world and your ability to grow within a community. We draw from psychological and philosophical frameworks to create thoughtful, transformative practices—and provide powerful tools to help you gain greater awareness, manage emotions, ground yourself, cultivate self-love and trust, and much more—tools you can carry with you long after the retreat.

What's included?
  • Accommodation & Two Meals a Day: Enjoy a private bungalow with comfortable lodging and stunning views, along with delicious breakfast and lunch to nourish you throughout your journey.
  • DAC Workshops: 3-5 hours of daily workshops focused on personal development, creativity, and mindfulness. (Five days a week)
  • Outdoor Adventures: Guided activities like hiking, caving, kayaking and village tours to explore the stunning natural landscapes.
  • Transport for all activities, if needed.
  • Pick-up and drop-off services from Phong Nha (for bus arrivals) or Dong Hoi (for plane or train arrivals).
  • Free time to rest, reflect, and explore the beautiful surroundings.
  • Swimming pool free of use.
  • All necessary yoga and meditation equipment is available for your use, even outside of our workshops. (Always ask permission first).

This 18+ Dutch program offers a 4 or 8 session program or the option to participate single sessions. A structured and practical approach to gaining deep insights into yourself and furthering your personal development. You will receive a free Dumana reflection book, including one month of journaling, writing exercises, tools, and motivational poems. Through various activities such as movement, writing exercises, yoga, meditation, and a powerful combination of psychological and artistic methods, you will work towards your personal growth and self-expression.

This journey is entirely yours—move at your own pace and make your own choices. Everything is optional; you’re in control. Your safety matters, so you decide what to share with the group—or keep to yourself!

Our program consists of 4 or 8 unique sessions, where we explore a different theme in depth each week. From awareness and trust to letting go of what no longer serves you, and gratitude—each lesson is an opportunity to discover a new aspect of yourself. Our Session Structure: Unlock Your Inner Potential

Our programs offer you an inspiring journey towards self-awareness and personal growth. Choose between single sessions, a 6-week or 12-week program. We start with a check-in to land and connect. Then, we dive into the theme through philosophical conversations and meditation. The creative heart of the session consists of the main assignments, where you can express and deepen yourself through art and mindfulness. We close with a relaxing savasana and a group check-out.
