Our program consists of 4 or 8 unique sessions, where we explore a different theme in depth each week. From awareness and trust to letting go of what no longer serves you, and gratitude—each lesson is an opportunity to discover a new aspect of yourself. Each theme is brought to life through various artistic disciplines. The full program lasts for the first 8 weeks, while the short program covers the last 4 weeks. Check below.

Our programs offer you an inspiring journey towards self-awareness and personal growth. Choose between single sessions, a 6-week or 12-week program. We start with a check-in to land and connect. Then, we dive into the theme through philosophical conversations and meditation. The creative heart of the session consists of the main assignments, where you can express and deepen yourself through art and mindfulness. We close with a relaxing savasana and a group check-out.
