This 18+ Dutch program offers a 4 or 8 session program or the option to participate single sessions. A structured and practical approach to gaining deep insights into yourself and furthering your personal development. You will receive a free Dumana reflection book, including one month of journaling, writing exercises, tools, and motivational poems.
