Throughout your retreat, you will be guided through activities such as movement, yoga, meditation, writing exercises, kayaking, hiking, and an unforgettable cave experience. This 18+ Dutch program offers a structured and practical approach to gaining deep insights into yourself and furthering your personal development. You You will receive a free Dumana reflection book, including one month of journaling, writing exercises, tools, and motivational poems. This 3-months, 18+ online program offers a structured and accessible way to gain deep insight into yourself and stimulate your personal growth – all from the comfort of any location. Through weekly Zoom sessions, you’ll work on your inner growth and learn to pause, creating awareness about yourself to gain deeper insights.
Through yoga, meditation, writing exercises, artistic methods, and philosophical insights, you’ll discover new aspects of yourself. You’ll receive the tools and guidance needed to embrace your authentic self and deepen your connection with yourself. Tools that you can use for the rest of your life! This program is ideal for anyone looking to get closer to their core without letting daily life get in the way.

Each session lasts 2 hours via Zoom, where you'll collaborate with like-minded individuals in a safe online environment. Past Collaboration - Show SELF
Kelly Mos and Joy Bots proudly presented this dance-theater show! The performance centered on discovering your inner core and authentic self through a journey of honesty and healing. It was brought to life through various artistic disciplines and explored themes related to the mind and the (higher) self. Our show was performed in 2022 in Utrecht and Amsterdam.

UBC (Unique Beings Community) – A women’s community where we come together to share, connect, and exchange energy. A safe space to heal through shared experiences, where we feel truly heard and seen by the women around us.
In our first program, we explored a variety of creative practices, fostering self-expression and growth. In the second program, each session was led by a different participant, who designed and facilitated their own workshop, bringing unique ideas and perspectives to the group.
